Membership Form

The rules of the Saracens League require all playing members to be registered by their club and to have completed the Child Welfare Self Declaration Form. Those players looking to join Harpenden Dolphins must also complete this document to enable to represent us. Please forward the form along with the annual subscription of £25 onto the Club Welfare Officer, Graham Downes. This must be completed before the new season commences.
